Terms and Conditions
• Rates are subject to availability and change.
• Please note that all rates quoted are on per room, per night basis in US dollar.
• Check-in time is after 3pm on day of arrival. Should delegates wish to occupy the room before 3pm, placing a reservation for the night before at 1 (one) night room rate is recommended.
• Check-out time is at 12pm on the day of departure. Late check-out till 6pm is chargeable at 50% of one night room rate.
Reservation Guarantee
A non-refundable deposit of one (1) night room rate is required for each room booked, please refer to I-ASIA Travel for reservation terms & conditions.
Cancellation or No Show
• Room cancellation received in less than 60 working days from the arrival date will be subjected to half (50%) of the room charges.
• Room cancellation received in less than 30 working days from the arrival date will be subjected to full (100%) room charges.
• Should there be a no-show for confirmed bookings; full (100%) room charges will be imposed.
